BEFORE USE
*Remove labels
*Wash chicken fryer in warmsoapy water wiping with a dishcloth 
*Rinse and dry
*Condition interior by wiping lightly with cooking oil before first use

USING THE CHICKEN FRYER
*Use low to medium heat
*Extremely high temperature cancause discoloration and adversely affect the quality of the non stick surface
*lf cooking with gas, the flame should not extend up the sides of the chicken fryer 
*Ensure handles are never left over the heat source
*Use only wood, plastic or rubber cooking tools with non stick cookware

CLEANING
*After use let the chicken fryer cool
*Do not immerse in cold water
*To remove burned and driedfoods, soak chicken fryer in warm soapy water before washing
